Cornbrook House offers Peak District holiday cottage self-catering accommodation in the delightful village of Ashford in the Water, Derbyshire. 

Cornbrook House is a superb individually styled turn of the century stone cottage set in Ashford in the Water. It has recently undergone total refurbishment and is of the highest quality and standard both inside and out. It offers luxurious accommodation with bespoke furnishings. Cornbrook House sleeps up to 6 people.

The bedrooms have been uniquely created offering three luxuriously appointed bedrooms. Memory foam mattresses for a perfect nights sleep, antique and bespoke furniture and crisp white sheets. Cornbrook offers a relaxed and comfortable experience whether you are coming for a weekend in the country, a special occasion or just to eat and drink we
very much look forward to welcoming you at Cornbrook.

On entering the front door there is a spacious hallway with stairs leading to the first floor. A door leads through to a beautiful spacious lounge with luxurious leather sofas, large antique Crystal Chandelier and a romantic log burning stove. There is a TV, DVD player and CD player.

Beyond the lounge there is a large bespoke and fully integrated kitchen and dining area with dining seating for eight people. This is equipped with polished granite worktops, a double cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The Master double bedroom has hand made and antique furniture including a double bed with memory foam mattress.

A second double bedroom has handmade furniture and fittings together with an antique brass and iron bed and memory foam mattress.

The third bedroom has two beautiful handmade bunk beds.

The luxurious Victorian-style bathroom highlights a stunning double ended, roll top cast iron bath with chrome feet, bidet and individual shower. There are antique fittings thoughout,  including an antique crystal chandelier.

Outside, at the front of the house, there is a small enclosed garden, where it is possible to sit out on sunny days.

Cornbrook House has gas centrally heated and there is always plenty of hot water. Gas and electricity are included in the price. An initial supply of logs for the wood burner in the lounge is provided. Further supplies by request.

Cornbrook House is situated on a quiet lane leading to a few cottages and there is ample parking just at the front of the house. 

There is a strict 'No Smoking' policy in the cottage.
